
Júlia Beltrão Nunes Dutra de Oliveira
Júlia Beltrão Nunes Dutra de Oliveira is an attorney and holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul - UFRGS (2026).
She has been a member of the firm’s team since 2022, conducting legal research for legal opinions and assisting in the review of legal publications. She also practices in both advisory and litigation matters, particularly in the areas of civil liability and contracts.
She represented UFRGS as an speaker on its Arbitration Team in the Foreign Direct Investment Moot, the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot, and the Brazilian Arbitration Competition (2022–2024). During this period, the team achieved notable results in several national and international competitions, including reaching the elimination rounds of the Brazilian Arbitration Competition and receiving awards in preparatory competitions.
Individually, she distinguished herself as an speaker, receiving the “Second Best Overall Counsel” award at the Foreign Direct Investment Moot (2022) and the “Best Speaker” award in both editions of the Brazilian Arbitration Competition in which she participated (2023 and 2024).
She serves as an Advisor to the Board of the Culturalistic Studies Institute (Instituto de Estudos Culturalistas), Coordinator of Brazil Very Young Arbitration Practitioners (BRVYAP), and Coach of the UFRGS Arbitration Team. She is also a member of CAM-CCBC New-Gen, Young ICCA, the Brazilian Arbitration Committee (CBAr), and the Brazilian Institute of Corporate Law (IBRADEMP).
