Fernanda Martins-Costa
Fernanda Mynarski Martins-Costa is a lawyer, provides legal opinions and PhD in Commercial Law in the University of São Paulo's Law School (Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de São Paulo - USP, 2021). She is currently a visiting researcher at Max Planck Institute for Comparative and International Private Law in Hamburg, Germany. She also holds a master's degree in Civil Law from the State University of Rio de Janeiro (Universidade Estadual do Rio de Janeiro - UERJ, 2015), and graduated in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul (Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul, 2011).

Since 2021, she is a partner of the office, developing researches related to legal opinions. From 2011 to 2019, Fernanda acted as a researcher in Barbosa Müssnich Aragão (BMA). She is the author of "Execução Diferida nos Contratos de M&A", published by Almedina in 2022 and "Condição Suspensiva: função, estrutura e regime jurídico", published by Almedina in 2017 as well as of several articles on Civil and Commercial Law.

She is also a member of the Culturalistic Studies Institute ("Instituto de Estudos Culturalistas - IEC") and of the Brazilian Institute of Commercial Law (Instituto Brasileiro de Direito Empresarial - IBRADEMP).
