Pietro Benedetti Teixeira Webber
Pietro Benedetti Teixeira Webber is a lawyer currently pursuing a master's degree in Civil Law from the University of São Paulo (USP, 2023). He earned his Law degree from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul Law School (UFRGS, 2019).
Pietro has been part of the firm since 2015, conducting research for legal opinions and contributing to Professor Dr. habil Judith Martins-Costa's legal publications. He serves as administrative secretary for arbitral tribunals and as assistant to co-arbitrators in both ad hoc and institutional arbitration proceedings, having participated in cases administered by the ICC, CAM-CCBC, FGV, CMA-CIESP, CBMA, and CAMNORTE. He also practices in both advisory and litigation matters, focusing on civil liability and contract law.

​He represented UFRGS in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot and the Brazilian Arbitration Competition - CAMARB (2016–2018), and served as coach of the UFRGS Team until 2024. During this period, the team was awarded the Eric E. Bergsten Best Team Orals Prize in the Vis Moot and reached the elimination rounds in every edition of the Brazilian Arbitration Competition - CAMARB. In addition to these competitions, he has acted as an arbitrator in the Foreign Direct Investment International Arbitration Moot, Vis East Moot, Moot Madrid; in the Business Arbitration Competition - CAEMP, and the Agribusiness Arbitration Competition – CAMAGRO.
He currently serves as Advisor to the Board of the Brazilian Arbitration Committee (CBAr), Secretary-General of the Presidency at the Institute for Culturalist Studies (IEC), and is a member of the Special Arbitration Committee of the Brazilian Bar Association – Rio Grande do Sul. He served as President of the Brazilian Association of Arbitration Students (ABEArb) in 2019.
