Pietro Benedetti Teixeira Webber
Pietro Benedetti Teixeira Webber is a lawyer (OAB/RS 115.313), is currently pursuing a master's degree in Civil Law from the Federal University of São Paulo (USP, 2023-) and graduated in Law from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul Law School (Faculdade de Direito Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul – UFRGS, 2019).
He has been part of the firm since 2015, collaborating in arbitration proceedins, undertaking research related to legal opinions and contributing in editing Professor Dr.habil Judith Martins-Costa's legal pulications. Pietro also works in advisory and litigation matters on tort law and contracts.

​He participated in the XXIV and XXV editions of the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot, as part of the UFRGS Law School Team and was coach of the same team at the XXVI edition, when it received the Eric E. Bergsten Best Team Orals Award. He also acted as coach for the UFRGS Law School at the IX and X Brazilian Arbitration Moots (“Competição Brasileira de Arbitragem”), when the team reached the 1st place. Acts as an arbitrator at the Commercial Law Moot ("Competição de Arbitragem Empresarial – CAEMP"), at the Vis East Moot, at the Foreign Direct Investment International Arbitration Moot and at the Agribusiness Moot ("Competição de Arbitragem no Agronegócio - CAMAGRO").
Pietro is the Secretary-General of the Culturalistic Studies Institute (“Instituto de Estudos Culturalistas” – IEC) and was President of the Brazilian Association of Arbitration Students (ABEArb) in 2019.
