Judith Martins-Costa Advogados is a law firm specialized in legal opinions as well as in both domestic and international arbitration, with a focus on excellence and on personalized services.

The firm, founded in 2004, boasts the expertise of its founding partner, Professor Dr.habil. Judith Martins-Costa, who has extensive theoretical and practical experience in Civil and Commercial Law. Over time, new partners have also joined the firm: Rafael Branco Xavier and Pietro Webber, whose educational background focuses on Civil Law and Arbitration; and Fernanda Martins-Costa, who is specialized in Civil and Commercial Law.

 

The firm enjoys the support of the Culturalistic Studies Institute (“Instituto de Estudos Culturalistas” – IEC), its library and installations. The IEC, based in Canela, RS, has Professor Judith Martins-Costa as its president and a library in constant update, housing over 40 thousand titles.
