Judith Martins-Costa Advogados is a law firm specialized in legal opinions and in the conduct of domestic and international arbitration proceedings, with a focus on excellence and personalized client service.

Founded in 2004, the firm draws upon the experience of its founding partner, Professor Judith Martins-Costa, whose academic and professional work has been deeply rooted in Civil and Business Law. Over time, the firm welcomed new partners: Rafael Branco Xavier and Pietro Webber, both with backgrounds in Civil Law and arbitration; and Fernanda Martins-Costa, with expertise in Civil and Commercial Law.

The firm operates within the library and facilities of the Instituto de Estudos Culturalistas (IEC), presided over by Professor Judith Martins-Costa. Headquartered in Canela, Rio Grande do Sul, the IEC houses a library of approximately 40,000 books, which is continuously updated.
