The firm, founded in 2004, boasts the expertise of its founding partner, Professor Dr.habil Judith Martins-Costa, who has extensive theoretical and practical experience in Civil and Commercial Law. Over time, new partners have also joined the firm: Rafael Branco Xavier and Pietro Webber, whose educational background focuses on Civil Law and Arbitration; and Fernanda Martins-Costa, who is specialized in Civil and Commercial Law.

 

The firm enjoys the support of the Culturalistic Studies Institute (“Instituto de Estudos Culturalistas” – IEC), its library and installations, with Professor Judith Martins-Costa as its president. The IEC is based in Canela, RS, and the library houses over 25 thousand titles, which are being constantly updated.
